Job Description Senior Frontend Engineer – “Company π”

Develop fast, performant, maintainable, and usable products
Maintain up to date and intimate knowledge of all “Company π” frontend repositories
Work with designers and teammates to collaboratively own the frontend layer Lead our Angular to React migration efforts
Internationalization of our frontend applications
Building and maintaining reusable components and utility libraries
Modularization of frontend features and assets for independent development across separate teams
Optimize applications for maximum performance and scalability
Provide perspective and seamless feedback to product managers, product designers and backend engineers Senior Frontend Engineer 2
Ensure architectural and procedural standards collectively set are met in all codebases
Lead other frontend engineers and ensure consistency in daily technical decisions
Identify improvement options in existing codebases and execute on them within relevant product development cycles
Provide feedback to the frontend engineering manager and help improve processes, output, and throughput
Proven experience in web fundamentals of HTML, CSS and browser APIs
Proven experience with component-based design patterns
Familiarity with modern build pipelines, task runners, builders and bundlers
Solid understanding of product frontend needs and immediate requirements
Experience working on products through their full lifecycle: ideation, development, launch and iteration
