– Oversee day-to-day operations, which include team and staff management, assigning tasks, leading meeting and implementing initiatives according to management decision.
– Establish performance and development goals for team members and provide mentoring, coaching and regular feedback to enhance performance
– Setup, review and update SOP for all operation related policy.
– Preparing performance report on weekly and monthly basis
– Experience in managing role
– Understanding the industry trends, insights and competitors
– Individual must be able to independently operate in changing market environment and also have the ability to manage a team.
– Excellent interpersonal and negotiation skills with ability to interact and built strong relationships across team and high management.
– Able to read and write in Chinese, BM, and English
– Able to be reallocated to work in abroad.
