Job Title: Customer Care Service
Location: Lagos
Job Description
A successful Customer Service Representative manage customer queries and complaints.
You will also be asked to process orders and escalate complaints across a number of communication channels.

 Maintaining a positive, empathic and professional attitude toward customers at all times.
 Responding promptly to customers inquiries
 Acknowledging and resolving customers complaints
 Ultimately, you will provide feedback on the efficiency of the customer service process and ensure customer satisfaction and provide professional customer support.
