Job Description:

Applications for the job aspirants are invited who are efficient in:

-Handling inbound calls (US) associated with computers
-Bring a strong customer engagement on calls and identify the technical errors
-Can provide support to customer’s issues related to windows laptops and MAC devices
-Offering the instant tech support in instances where one can have issues related to error codes or black screen

In your job role, you are expected to:

-Offer step by step guidance to solve technical inbound issues
-Get better conversion sales through your good communication skills

 

Job Details:

-This is a six-day working in a week job
-The shift timings are fixed i.e. Night shift (US) 8:30 PM to 5:30 AM
-Salary will be credited on 10th of every month to your account
-Based on the performances, the deserving candidate can have increment after completion of six months
-We also offer referral and joining bonus
-Unlimited bonus is on your way
-On spot offer letter are provided

 

Consider yourself eligible for the post if:

-You are at-least 1 year experienced in International Outbound/Inbound tech process
-Comfortable to take care of payments and can sell the plans to the customers
-Strong knowledge to troubleshoot technical issues related to computer, printer, broadband, Router, antivirus, Email issues, MAC etc
-Handling PPC Calls with excellence
