· Provide control consulting services to management to assist in redesigning efforts that improve the control environment

· Develop internal audit scope, perform internal audit procedures, and prepare internal audit reports reflecting the results of the work performed

· Provide management with an independent and objective evaluation of the control environment and evaluate management’s control consciousness.

· Support the Internal Audit leadership with periodic reporting to the Audit Committee, completion of the annual risk assessment and development of the annual internal audit plan

· Write audit reports that highlight audit findings and make recommendations to improve internal controls

Responsible for ensuring that the company’s finance systems and processes, including payroll, are effective, up-to-date and operate in line with legislation and the requirements of external bodies. Duties:

· Developed procedures & controls to ensure the company continues to safeguard its assets in an efficient manner.

· Prepared annual budgets (actual and forecast), cash flow forecasts and also monthly management accounts.

· Fixed Asset accounting, reconciliations and depreciation journals

· Prepared daily main cash reconciliation, monthly bank reconciliation, and inter-branch reconciliations

. Responsible for reviewing weekly accounts payable run and their authorization
· Ensure the proper documentation of financial documents (both soft and hard copies)
