In Charge of the Contractor’s Mechanical and Electrical construction works for the allocated Packages. I Was in charge of the material submittals, method statements, drawings reviewal, site inspections, material verification, cost variations verification, non-conformance reports (NCRs), As-built drawings and Daily & weekly progress reports (M&E), Liaising with the client, represented M&E in the progress & technical meetings. Had zero safety incidences – Awarded the best safety team leader in the company’s safety Olympics in June 2015.

M&E Construction Engineer (Site Management)
Led the mechanical and electrical site works by managing and allocating the works for the M&E subcontractors, which contained 12 subcontractors and 350 operatives. Successfully planned & delivered the site targets as per the schedule. Furthermore, it involved being the primary key point for conducting the technical workshops between the site team, the designer, the consultant and the client. Successfully conducted the tasks with zero safety incidences.

Electrical Site Engineer

Additionally; I was Fully engaged throughout in preparing and gaining the approval for the M&E Method Statements, Material Submittals and Operation Maintenance Manuals for the residential projects.
