APPLICATION FOR EMPLOYMENT AS A SENIOR FINANCE OFFICER
I am writing to apply for the Senior Finance Officer position. I am a financial professional with about 10 years in the field. My knowledge of the ins and outs of Accounting is vast, as I have to work with companies from different industries (Manufacturing, Finance, trades, services….)
My analytic time-management and communication skills are excellent allowing me to manage the numerous duties of Finance Manager, Manager and trainer with ease in my current employment. I am meticulous when it comes to details and work to keep accounting errors at the minimum if at all. My training job involves training individuals and corporate institutions alike in using Microsoft Excel to Enhance the duties of the Finance and Accounts department.
Because I have the chance to serve on a part time basis for the past few years as an audit partner in addition to my regular schedule, my knowledge of accounting procedures and requirements has increased.
Serving as General Manager for two different companies has enhanced my knowledge and skills in office management and procedures and this I will bring to bear in my new employment.
I also would like to mention that because I had the chance to do my basic to secondary school education in a French speaking country, I am able to express myself fluently in both French and English; an ability I believe will be useful in a multinational organisation such as yours.
